Microsoft Groove: Collaboration Analysis

Evaluated Microsoft Groove as a tool for student group meetings. Evaluation methods consisted of ethnographic observation of teams meeting with and without MS Groove as a tool, surveys, competitive analysis, personas, scenarios, 'groupsona', main finding and recommendations report.

Conducted an ethnographic sutdy of engineers' information seeking behavior


Contexual Inquiry of UofM Human Resources Development

Evaluated the HRD current billing and tracking process and to identify possible areas of improvement for their current FileMaker Pro database.
