Website Competitive Analysis
A competitive analysis was performed to assist in the design and development of www.gse-inc.com, a product marketing website from GSE Scale Systems.
Expert Review
An expert review was conducted for the detroitzoo.org website (hypothetical). The inspection focused on identifying any and all usability issues, while also pointing out strengths of the website that should be maintained.
User Testing
A user testing analysis was performed (hypothetical) to assist in the design and development of www.imdb.com, an internet movie database website. This analysis focuses on one scenario - the registration process to become a member at www.imdb.com.
Interface Redesign with Wireframes
A hypothetical interface redesign was recommeneded for www.compuware.com. This consisted of:
- analysis of current interface
- redesigned interface wireframes
- analysis of redesigned interface
- implementation options
Accessibility Inspection
An hypothetical accessibility inspection was conducted of the cedarpoint.com website. The inspection focused on identifying any and all accessibility issues, while also point out strengths and of the website that should be maintained.
Task Analysis and Story Boards
Task analyses were conducted for the petco.com website (hypothetical). For these analyses the multiple page processes for purchasing products were deconstructed to identify areas where streamlining and optimization could occur. Storyboards were also created to acoompany the reconstructed tasks, showing the various screens as users move through the redesigned tasks.
Exploratory Card Sort
An exploratory card sort test was performed (hypothetical) to assist in the redevelopment of www.glidden.com, a paint manufacturer's website.
